Terms of Use

Please read these terms before you create an account or buy a plan.

1. Who we are

OddsSnipe is a software tool run by the operator of OddsSnipe ("we", "us"). These terms apply to your use of the OddsSnipe website and service.

2. What OddsSnipe is, and is not

• OddsSnipe shows odds comparisons, including possible sure bets (arbitrage) and value bets, taken from third-party data.
• We do not accept bets, hold your money, or place bets for you. You place any bet yourself with your own bookmaker accounts.
• Nothing on OddsSnipe is financial, betting or legal advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher. You are responsible for making sure that using OddsSnipe and betting is legal where you are. Do not use OddsSnipe if you are in a place where that is not allowed.

4. Odds can be wrong or out of date

• Prices come from third-party data providers and are scanned at set times, not continuously. Bookmakers change prices and limit or close accounts at any time.
• An opportunity shown on OddsSnipe may already be gone, may contain an error, or may be refused or voided by a bookmaker.
• Sure bets are not risk-free in practice. Odds can move before you place all the legs, bets can be cancelled, and rules can differ between bookmakers.
• Always check the price and the rules at the bookmaker before you bet. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.

5. Accounts

You need an account to buy a plan. Keep your password secret and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity on it. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or abuse the service, for example by copying or reselling our data.

6. Plans and payment

• Plans are one-off payments for a fixed period (30, 180 or 365 days). They do not renew automatically.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
• Prices are shown before you pay. Because access starts immediately, payments are not refundable except where the law requires it or where we say otherwise in writing. If something does not work as described, contact us and we will try to put it right.

7. Our responsibility

We provide OddsSnipe "as is" and work to keep it running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or profitable. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for betting losses, missed opportunities, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of OddsSnipe. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Third parties

Odds data comes from third-party providers. Bookmaker names belong to their owners, and we are not affiliated with them.

9. Changes

We may update these terms or the service. If we make a material change we will tell you on the site. Continuing to use OddsSnipe after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
